Photos of Rubber disaster on Voron 2.4:
This problem is caused by print not sticking to the heat bed.
This is mostly due to incorrect z level, or forgetting to calibrate the quad gantry level.
How to fix it?
Disassemble the hot end by following the guidelines.
We are using stealth burner(kind of), so head over to its official website.
It is better for us to detach the electrical wires.
Use a heatgun, forceps to help to remove the plastic. Be patient.
This is the heatgun setting that I had applied, I use Fan level 1 during the process.
Heatgun should be aimed at heatblock or metal parts. Please avoid heating too long, that may damage the electrical wires.
Reassemble the hotend back to the tool cartridge after the cleaning process.
Don’t install the fan mask and the tool cartridge back to the frame yet.
Switch on the printer, heat up the hotend to around 200C.
Use a M1.5 Hexkey, press it slightly to the top hole of the hotend, until some plastic droplets are squeezed out.
Install everything and do the trial print.
