3D Printing For The Wire Storage
We designed a waterproof and decent wire storage box to store all the monitor components in a fixed position.

  1. 3d print the wire storage box with the attached files.
  2. Sand the edges of the 3d printed parts with sandpaper until smooth.
  3. Combine the two 3d printed parts with hot glue.
  4. Insert the sensors & actuators into the wire storage box

Laser Cutting Of The Wooden Enclosure

  1. Laser cut the attached files with 5mm thickness of the wood board and acrylic sheet
  2. Use a sponge to dip the preservative wood oil and apply it on the wooden laser-cut parts evenly on both sides. Repeat 2-4 times until satisfaction.
  3. Connect all the wooden laser-cut parts and the fan with some hexagon nuts, flat head screws and plain washer.
  4. Place the heating mat on the bottom part inside the wooden enclosure. Connect the heating mat with the according wire in the wire storage box.
  5. Place the larger acrylic laser cut part and the wire storage box on the heating mat, the wire storage box on the left, and the larger acrylic laser cut part on the right.
  6. Connect all the acrylic laser-cut parts with some hexagon nuts, flat head screws, plain washer and hot glue.
  7. Place the senses according to the attached EnclosureKit user guideline.

How to run the programme?

  3. Visit http://192.168.4.1
  4. Adjust the temperature and humidity range based on the suggestion on the website to control the turn on/off of the heating mat and fan.
